There is missing staff exile and rubber for main stand

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. The main stand for the CG/CGL Velocity 150 should indeed include the shaft/axle and rubber components. Unfortunately, this appears to have been a supplier packaging or quality control oversight.
We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this matter. We will work on resolving the issue and improving our quality checks with suppliers to prevent similar occurrences in future.

Bought this stand, was told it comes with everything in the photo. Received my parcel but missing rubber and shaft. Fortunately spoke to them and they are willing to send the correct one as each supplier is different. Thank you to the great customer service
I specifically spoke to them months in advance asking if this stand comes with the rubber and shaft. They said yes it does. Today i get my delivery and guess what? No rubber and no shaft. So once again i get lied to and stolen from. Thanks DBP

You had previously confirmed with us whether the main stand included both the shaft and rubber, and unfortunately the unit supplied to you arrived incomplete due to a supplier packaging and quality control issue on their side. We fully understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing the matter to our attention.
As soon as the issue was reported to us, Delivery Bike Parts SA immediately dispatched a replacement main stand without delay to ensure the matter was resolved as quickly as possible.
While we do rely on supplier packaging integrity, we accept full responsibility once the product reaches our customer. We are currently strengthening our internal inspection procedures and reviewing supplier quality standards to minimise the possibility of similar incidents occurring in future.
