Delivery Service
We partner with The Courier Guy to ensure safe and reliable delivery of motorcycle parts across South Africa.
Shipping Options and Timeframes
- Overnight Express: Delivery within 1-2 business days for major city centers.
- Economy Service: Delivery within 2-5 business days for regional or remote areas.
Shipping times may vary depending on the recipient's location and order confirmation time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed the same day.
- Orders after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your shipment on The Courier Guy's tracking portal here.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Restrictions
- We do not ship motorcycle parts containing flammable materials or hazardous chemicals.
- Delivery to PO Boxes is not available; a physical address is required.
